Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to assist in developing and executing architecture strategies aligned with business goals. You will lead design and implementation of architecture solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scopes and deliverables.

The role requires 8+ years in industry with 3+ years in enterprise architecture, strong PM and leadership skills, and a track record of implementing enterprise solutions in a large organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise architecture or related roles
• Proven experience in project management or team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Experience implementing solutions in an enterprise environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead design and implementation of architecture solutions for projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment of architecture solutions with business requirements and objectives
• Assist in defining and maintaining architectural standards and guidelines
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of architectural decisions on project outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and junior staff
• Participate in architecture reviews and assessments of ongoing projects
