The First Church of Christ, Scientist is seeking an Application Systems Analyst in Boston, with hybrid work options. You will join the Enterprise Solutions Services Applications Team to analyze, configure, test, and optimize church applications to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with managers, end users, and vendors while enabling digital improvements and governance across enterprise systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to issues reported by users and research/resolve with oversight.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide application support including setup, configuration, maintenance, updates, user access, and security.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, PCI, HIPAA and related controls.
• Offer excellent customer service and participate in vendor groups and updates.
• Support user adoption through training and super users.
• Capture and deliver insights from application usage and metrics.
