Qualifications

• Bachelor's in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 0-5 years of IT implementation, software integration, or consulting experience.
• Strong technical aptitude demonstrated via a work product or project.
• Curiosity and motivation to grow from hands-on delivery into enterprise systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Brookings enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot integration errors, data-sync issues, and automation failures; escalate when needed.
• Evaluate API endpoints, data mappings, and error-handling logic for new and existing integrations.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and partners on configuration, development, testing, and deployment of integration and automation solutions.
• Build reports, dashboards, and automation workflows to improve data reliability across systems.
• Perform QA, regression testing, and UAT for integration changes.
