Job summary

In Touch Ministries is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer/Analyst II to design, build, and maintain applications, databases, reports, and automations that keep ministry operations running.

This hands-on, full-stack role requires owning systems end to end—from gathering requirements with ministry teams to delivering solutions and supporting them in production, ensuring data integrity and reliability across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL development with C# or Python.
• Experience with BI reporting, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain applications across full stack.
• Build and maintain reporting and BI outputs for operations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Own data integrity and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Support integrations with vendor systems.
• Document processes and configurations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
