Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to enable secure, scalable adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies across the organization. You will oversee permissions, environment administration, AI agent lifecycle, SharePoint/AD governance, and reporting, ensuring least-privilege access, compliance, and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Active Directory
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East, balanced by role and performance

Responsabilités

• Manage permissions and access across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AD
• Review roles, ensure least-privilege access, conduct periodic reviews
• Develop Copilot Studio environments, policies, capacity planning, and compliance settings
• Deploy new Microsoft AI capabilities securely and effectively across the enterprise
• Produce reports and dashboards on agent deployment, usage, compliance, and performance
• Support governance, security, and quarterly audits
