Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Permissions & Access Management: Review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory; ensure least-privilege access; conduct access reviews; secure delegation.
• Environment & Capacity Administration: Develop and maintain Copilot Studio environments; manage capacity planning and compliance settings; deploy new Microsoft AI capabilities securely.
• AI Agent Lifecycle & Availability: Develop, approve and manage availability of AI agents; ensure agents meet standards and are surfaced across Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• SharePoint & Active Directory Administration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure controls for agent deployment and governance; understand security groups and roles; aid governance improvements.
• Reporting & Metrics: Produce dashboards on agent deployment, usage, compliance, and performance; provide KPIs to leadership and governance.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Best practices for access control and audits; maintain documentation and governance artifacts; support responsible AI and regulatory adherence.
