Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to enable secure, scalable adoption of Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI technologies. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and operational insights across AI agents, Copilot Studio, Teams, and SharePoint.

The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to maintain secure access, environment readiness, and governance artifacts while supporting innovation and staff efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East.

Responsibilities

Permissions & Access Management across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AD.
Environment & Capacity Administration for Copilot Studio and AI deployments.
AI Agent Lifecycle & Availability management for organization-wide or targeted audiences.
SharePoint & Active Directory administration with governance enhancements.
Reporting & Metrics on agent deployment, usage, and compliance.
Governance, Security & Compliance for access controls and audits.
