Job summary

Farm Credit East seeks an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to enable secure, scalable adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies. You will govern platforms, support staff, and drive operational excellence while providing secure access and governance across the organization.

You will lead environment administration for Copilot Studio, manage AI agent availability, and produce dashboards to track deployment, usage, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Ensure least-privilege access and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Develop Copilot Studio environments and manage deployment readiness.
• Collaborate to deploy new Microsoft AI capabilities securely.
• Produce reports and dashboards on deployment, usage, and compliance.
• Maintain governance artifacts and support responsible AI practices.
