Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to enable secure, scalable adoption of Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI technologies. You will govern AI platforms, manage Copilot Studio environments, and ensure compliant deployment across SharePoint, Teams, and AD.

The role focuses on secure access, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work option after two weeks. A Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools are required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Active Directory.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East.

Responsibilities

• Permissions & Access Management: review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Ensure least-privilege access, conduct periodic access reviews, and secure delegation.
• Understand Entra ID agent identity settings and group-based access for AI agents.
• Environment & Capacity Administration: develop/maintain Copilot Studio environments, policies, capacity planning, compliance settings.
• Oversee environment lifecycle management and readiness for agent deployment.
• Deploy new Microsoft AI capabilities and models securely across the Enterprise.
• AI Agent Lifecycle & Availability: develop, publish, and manage availability of AI agents.
• Partner with admins and site owners to ensure agents meet standards and are surfaced across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint.
• SharePoint & Active Directory Administration: collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance controls.
• Reporting & Metrics: produce dashboards on agent deployment, usage, compliance, and performance.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: maintain audits, change logs, and governance artifacts.
