Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to lead secure adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies. The role focuses on governance, security, and operational excellence to support staff productivity and customer service.

You will collaborate across teams to deploy AI capabilities, manage environments, and report on deployment metrics while maintaining compliance and data protection standards within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Permissions & Access Management: review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AD; enforce least-privilege access and conduct reviews.
• Environment & Capacity Administration: manage Copilot Studio environments, capacity planning, and compliance settings; oversee ALM and agent deployment readiness.
• AI Agent Lifecycle & Availability: develop and manage availability of AI agents; ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• SharePoint & Active Directory Administration: coordinate with site owners on controls; understand AD security groups and roles.
• Reporting & Metrics: produce dashboards on deployment, usage, compliance, and performance; provide KPIs for leadership.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: maintain documentation, logs, and governance artifacts; support responsible AI practices.
