Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking an Enrollment Processor, Intermediate, to support the installation of new memberships and maintenance requests. You will review and process various reports and respond to ad-hoc requests throughout the year to aid strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of additional relevant experience in lieu of a diploma
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Knowledge of medical plans and benefits
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures within Enrollment Processing
• Large group, Small group, Commercial, Medi-Cal, CalPERS knowledge preferred
• Facets and Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
• Self-driven and able to operate in the best interests of our clients, our company and team with limited supervision or oversight
• Intermediate-Advanced skills creating documents/files using Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word
