The role demands deep PM experience with enterprise SaaS, strong collaboration with Engineering and Design, and a track record of stakeholder alignment across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree with 8+ years in Product Management, or MS with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years in PM.
• Experience building and managing enterprise SaaS products from discovery to adoption.
• Background in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, observability or related enterprise tech domains.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver complex SaaS capabilities.
• Direct engagement with enterprise customers to understand problems and inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain within Cisco AI Defense end-to-end from strategy to adoption.
• Develop a 12–18 month domain strategy grounded in customer problems and market dynamics.
• Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with milestones and priorities.
• Build domain knowledge including customer workflows, architecture, security landscape, and tech trends.
• Engage with enterprise customers, security teams, AI builders, partners, and field teams to identify scalable capabilities.
• Lead product discovery and requirements with Engineering and Design, covering APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing customer needs, technical debt, and feature velocity.
• Define measurable outcomes using adoption, quality, and business signals to assess impact.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability through readiness, enablement, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Security Research, GTM, Sales, and Customer Experience.
