Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, operations or equivalent with 5+ years in business/IT consulting, operations or product management.
• Hands-on experience designing or optimizing business processes across multiple core capability domains (e.g., Order Management, Incentive Compensation, SPM, Distribution, or Reporting).
• Proven product management experience including strategy, roadmap definition, trade-offs, change management and systems management.
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, business cases and roadmap documentation for cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle and roadmaps, shaping strategy 6–12 months ahead with minimal guidance.
• Prioritize initiatives by customer feedback, performance, and dependencies to align with portfolio strategy.
• Bridge product teams, partner groups, and leadership to align cross-functional needs.
• Identify dependencies, coordinate new features, and implement methods for stakeholder input.
• Provide input for future technical direction and support business consulting within partner compensation.
