KiddeFenwal in Ashland, MA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects, including new product development and sustaining engineering. You will partner with cross-functional teams to set plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, engineering project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects involving engineering and other functions.
• Strong organizational and project-planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical issues into schedules, risks, and actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.

Mansioni

• Manage assigned engineering projects from planning through implementation (NPI, sustaining, product improvements).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and resources.
• Monitor progress and address issues that may impact delivery.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product management, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and other functions.
• Partner with electrical, mechanical, software, test and other resources to coordinate activities.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions and follow-up items to maintain momentum.
• Provide clear project updates regarding schedules, milestones, risks and upcoming activities.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Support process improvements in engineering project planning and execution.
