Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and project-planning abilities with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical issues into schedules, actions, risks, and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned engineering projects from planning through implementation (NPI, sustaining, improvements).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, actions, and resources.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and objectives; address delivery risks.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product management, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Partner with electrical, mechanical, software, test teams to align activities and deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings; document decisions and action items; follow up for momentum.
• Provide clear project updates on schedules, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports; support process improvements.
