Job summary

Educated Solutions Corp seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and software/IT projects from concept to delivery. Hybrid schedule in Libertyville, IL with on-site 3 days/week and remote 2 days.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across NPD programs, and coordinating with engineering, marketing, operations, and suppliers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years PM/engineering experience, 5+ years in electromechanical/electronic product

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Project Manager/Engineer
• 5+ years experience in design and manufacture of electromechanical and electronic products
• Experience with UL, CSA, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed project work plans and adjust as needed.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities across teams.
• Track progress on time, budget, and quality against milestones.
• Maintain clear project documentation and archiving.
• Prepare status updates for sponsors and executive leadership.
