Job summary

• Communicates project status and escalates issues to management and partners.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners, aligning deliverables, quality, schedules and costs.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Provides people-care management, including hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
