Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of people-management experience leading software engineering teams.
• Experience building cloud-based products with microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud applications, platforms, and technologies.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions.
• Inclusive leadership style with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with fast-paced execution.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software engineering team.
• Build and scale the engineering organization including hiring.
• Serve as the site leader for the Puerto Rico Security Management Engineering team.
• Provide matrix leadership across functions and geographic regions.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Drive engineering excellence through planning, execution, and process improvement.
• Coach and develop employees with ongoing feedback and career development.
• Champion transparency and customer-focused decision making.
