Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Strong knowledge across cybersecurity, networking, and software engineering is expected.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a team delivering cybersecurity features and test harnesses.
• Steers projects to meet evolving security requirements and threats.
• Collaborates with peers across geographies to plan and execute cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple projects.
• Communicates status with stakeholders and escalates when needed.
• Drives process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provides coaching, performance planning and career development for team members.
