Job summary

You will drive process improvements to meet financial targets, support local team members, and mentor staff to achieve high performance while aligning with UL’s policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Engages with cross functional leads and customers to understand project scope and technical needs to assign resources effectively.
• Drives process improvements to ensure financial results are achieved.
• Supports local team members and may assist remote employees in other locations.
• Leads performance management and development of team members to drive high performance.
• Promotes change and collaborates across the organization to meet customer expectations.
