Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) or product certification experience.
• Experience in power, energy, wiring, electrical distribution, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Engages cross-functional leads and customers to understand project scope and allocate resources.
• Drives process improvements to ensure financial results are achieved.
