Job summary

Duke Energy in Indiana is seeking a Products & Services Specialist to support multiple Energy Efficiency programs, coordinating day-to-day operations and maintaining performance tracking. The role helps ensure a seamless customer experience from offer design through fulfillment, with strong emphasis on Excel-driven reporting and process standardization.

Responsibilities include validating vendor invoices, tracking metrics, and supporting campaign execution across EE offers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Business or related field.
Alternatively, High School/GED with 5 years relevant experience.
Senior level requires Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant work experience or 7+ years alternative experience.

Responsibilities

Review and validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions; coordinate issue resolution and documentation.
Track and report key program metrics and maintain dashboards and files.
Support monthly close activities by preparing draft accruals and validating data.
Provide day-to-day operational support across multiple EE direct-offer programs; intake requests and coordinate next steps.
Maintain program documentation, process maps, inventories, and SOPs; drive consistency across manuals/tools.
Identify trends, defects, and process gaps; synthesize into actionable recommendations and track resolution.
Support compliance needs by following established requirements and escalating risks or exceptions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to support campaign execution, tracking, and performance reporting.
Capture leads and customer follow-ups; ensure timely handoffs and closure.
Monitor acquisition and funnel metrics to improve customer experience, participation, and conversion.
Contribute to enhancements to offers, tools, and processes; roll out communications and training.
