Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Endoscopy Nurse Educator at Winchester Hospital. This hybrid role combines on-site education with data monitoring to promote safe practice and continuous improvement within the Endoscopy Services team.

The educator will provide education, consultations, and clinical support to the multidisciplinary team, driving quality initiatives and patient safety. A Magnet-designated hospital environment supports professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree within 5 years is preferred.
• Clinical experience in specialized care is required.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization is preferred.
• Massachusetts RN License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certification preferred within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide education, consultations, and clinical support to the endoscopy team.
• Lead educational sessions and coordinate training for department staff.
• Monitor performance and participate in quality review and safety initiatives.
• Support bedside nursing duties as department needs dictate.
