Job summary

Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Massachusetts Bar admission, in good standing.
- 3–7 years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience.
- Experience handling employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour.
- Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills; experience drafting pleadings and taking depositions.
Responsibilities
- Represent employers in state and federal courts, and arbitration.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysis.
- Take and defend depositions and assist with trial prep.
- Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on compliance.
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex matters.
- Manage case files and deadlines from inception to resolution.
