Job Juncture is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Employment Litigation team in Boston. The role emphasizes handling sophisticated employment disputes with meaningful litigation responsibility and direct client interaction in a hybrid work environment.

Qualified candidates have a JD from an accredited law school, Massachusetts Bar in good standing, 3–7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, and strong drafting, deposition, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic record.
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission, in good standing.
• 3–7 years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, wage/hour claims.
• Strong drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters in state and federal courts, admin proceedings, and arbitration.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysis.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial and hearing preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise employers on employment law compliance and workplace risk management issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's labor and employment practice on complex matters.
• Manage case files and litigation deadlines from inception through resolution.
