The role focuses on drafting and tracking performance improvement plans (PIPs), counsels, and corrective actions, while providing day-to-day employee relations support and maintaining confidential case files.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with employee relations
• Experience drafting and administering PIPs, counsels, and corrective actions
• Ability to manage multiple cases, timelines and documentation
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO)
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to develop and administer PIPs and counsels
• Track timelines and milestones for PIPs and actions
• Coach managers on delivering feedback and difficult conversations
• Review documentation for clarity and policy alignment
• Maintain confidential ER case files and prepare summaries
• Escalate high-risk ER matters to the Employee Relations Manager
• Support ER trainings and policy updates
