Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 4–5 years of employee research or engagement survey experience.
• Ability to conduct statistical analysis with SPSS and/or R.
• Advanced Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive reports.
• Excellent analytical, writing and presentation abilities.
• Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute employee engagement and total rewards strategies.
• Lead projects on survey content, analysis, and data-driven storytelling.
• Use AI and technology-enabled tools to enhance work.
• Conduct engagement surveys and present results to executives.
• Collaborate with consultants on analytic approaches and project plans.
• Develop client reports from statistical analyses.
• Contribute to thought leadership with research outcomes.
• Perform regression analyses and additional statistical tests with SPSS and R.
