You will design and administer employee surveys, run advanced analyses (SPSS/R), and translate results into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.

Hybrid role based in the DC area, collaborating with clients in Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA, with emphasis on executive-level reporting and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with survey design and administration for organizational research.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience communicating findings to HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer employee surveys and research initiatives.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and identify key trends.
