Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is hiring a Branch Sales Professional in the United States to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services.

You will identify needs, propose tailored solutions, and build lasting customer relationships through on-site visits and service excellence. Responsibilities include inspections, presenting contracts, handling leads, and preparing treatment instructions in compliance with laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED.

Branch Sales Professional Position Summary

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications and Requirements
