The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, WI. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, schedule pest control services, and coordinate communications across teams to support daily operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive base wage of $16.00 per hour.

Customer Service Representative Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for customers, handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication across teams. This role supports efficient daily operations through customer service, accurate recordkeeping, and technician schedule management.

Responsibilities
