Qualifications

• Current third- or fourth-year undergraduate student or graduate student enrolled in a master's program.
• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with data, surveys, spreadsheets, reporting, research, or data analysis projects.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, or other methods of presenting data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and retention analytics dashboard development.
• Contribute to data analysis, survey analysis, and reporting documentation.
• Assist with process improvement and automation recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR and Learning teams on experiential projects.
