Job summary

LifeStyles Healthcare is seeking a HR Analytics Intern to join the global People team in New York City. This 6-month internship, with a possible extension, is hybrid (3 days in office) and starts ASAP, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

You will work on HR data analytics, data quality, AI-driven process improvements, and compliance support across regions, gaining hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, HRIS, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, business, data science, psychology, CS, or related field.
• Genuine interest in people and organisations, not just data.
• Comfortable with data: Excel required; exposure to Power BI or HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or D365.
• Clear communicator who can present information simply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global HR datasets to identify trends and insights for leadership.
• Build dashboards translating people data into outputs for HR leadership.
• Clean and standardize employee data across HRIS, payroll, and recruitment.
• Map HR workflows and prototype AI-assisted improvements.
• Support compliance documentation and audit preparation.
• Prepare HR diligence materials and assist in acquisition readiness.
