Job summary

Equitable invites you to join our Summer 2027 Internship program, designed to deliver hands-on experience and exposure to strategic initiatives across the organization. You will work on meaningful projects, conduct data-driven analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence leadership decisions.

The program runs for nine weeks starting in early June 2027 and features a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office near one of our locations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and entering junior or senior year.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work-related activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience contributing to meaningful projects that support key business priorities.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to help inform business decisions.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
