Job summary

Lockton Northeast is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to lead day-to-day servicing of client accounts under the guidance of the Unit Manager and Account Executives. The role emphasizes transactional excellence and superior client service within a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum two years of benefits insurance experience and/or HR/consulting experience.
• Ability to organize work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comply with company policies and protect client confidentiality.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day administrative and service tasks including claim issues, compliance, billing, plan questions, and carrier issues.
• Lead core service delivery activities and maintain client engagement logs.
• Conduct client service calls and ensure logs are updated and shared prior to calls.
• Track monthly claims and ensure timely, reviewed delivery to clients.
• Coordinate compliance activities and annual notices, SPDs, SBCs, and 5500 drafts.
• Manage open enrollment communications and deliver final materials on schedule.
