Job summary

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks a Junior Data Scientist to support data collection, processing, management, analysis, and visualization for the FAA. The ideal candidate has basic Power BI, Python, and SQL skills and thrives in a collaborative, matrix-managed environment.

Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, storing, and visualizing data with Power BI; ETL workflow support; Python/SQL data processing; data preparation for Dataverse; and creating reports to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or related area.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, store, analyze, and visualize data using Power BI.
• Support the automation of resident data collection through ETL processes.
• Use Python and SQL to process data and run queries.
• Prepare data for integration with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Create reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders.
