Job summary

Endava is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive demand and support revenue growth across EMEA.

You will collaborate with Sales, Industry Advisors and the Partnerships team in a fast-paced global marketing function, orchestrating engaging campaigns, ABM, and curated event experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Experience within technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with metrics-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design regional field marketing plans for EMEA aligned with priorities.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital, events, ABM and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify accounts and opportunities.
• Lead ABM activation and personalised content with global teams.
• Measure campaign performance and report ROI and insights.
