You will collaborate across product management, systems engineering, hardware, software, test, manufacturing and suppliers to deliver safe, cybersecure, compliant solutions for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of embedded systems development for industrial applications.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership, lead engineer, or architect role with RTOS and bare-metal embedded systems.
• Relocation within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA.

Responsibilities

• Define robust, modular system architectures for Electronic Trip Units across product families.
• Develop product specifications with product marketing and system engineering teams.
• Guide implementation of RTOS-based and bare-metal embedded products across hardware and firmware domains.
• Establish design standards, verification methodologies and champion deployment across teams.
• Lead prototype activities enabling concept finalization and technology selection.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive standard development practices.
