Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of embedded systems development for industrial applications.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership, lead engineer, or architect role with strong RTOS/hardware-software integration background.

Responsibilities

• Define robust, modular architectures for Electronic Trip Units across circuit breaker families.
• Collaborate with product marketing and system engineering to drive hardware/firmware specs.
• Guide RTOS-based and bare-metal product development and architectural decisions.
• Establish design standards, verification methodologies, and deployment practices.
• Lead prototype activities and technology selection aligned with product roadmap.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in development practices.
