Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors, manage capacity planning, perform patch management, create documentation, and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive, post-bachelor’s work experience in IT/data center.
• Experience with VMware platform virtualization and enterprise data center environments.
• Experience with clustering and high availability technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the operation and stability of USP’s enterprise data center.
• Oversee data center support, including break/fix issues and new installations.
• Troubleshoot data center issues ensuring uptime, health, and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and professional services during projects.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
