Job summary

Reimagine Education, LLC is seeking an innovative Elementary Reading and Math Intervention Teacher for Michigan International Prep School. The role focuses on small group and one-on-one instruction, data-driven planning, and collaboration with grade-level teams to meet diverse student needs.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setting at 7034 E. Court St, Davison MI, reporting to the Elementary Principal, and will engage with families to support student growth and learning pathways.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate.
• Orton-Gillingham Training preferred.
• Math or Reading Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group and one-on-one Reading and Math intervention sessions via Google Meet.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and plans.
• Track student growth and collect informal data in lessons.
• Maintain attendance and up-to-date student data per policies.
• Assist with administering/proctoring assessments (iReady/Accadience).
• Collaborate with teachers and support teams to guide intervention strategies.
• Utilize online learning platforms and educational software effectively.
• Adapt to cyber-school environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
