Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND Active state teaching license AND ability to clear required background check
• Ability to collaborate with teachers to interpret data for instructional decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with online learning platforms encouraged

Responsibilities

• Modify and adapt K12 curriculum to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to meet targeted goals
• Educate parents on instructional strategies and RTI processes
• Ensure RTI implementation and monitor progress at each tier
• Collect and maintain RTI data and guide teachers on data use
• Serve as a daily resource to administrators and staff on RTI issues
• Coordinate with homeroom teachers, counselors, and district personnel
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff on RTI implementation
• Travel up to 20% for professional development and testing
