Job summary

Satokie Electric is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead new business development across the Permian Basin and West Texas. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, build a robust pipeline in CRM, and drive revenue targets while expanding the referral network.

The role combines office/remote work with field visits and about 50% travel. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in electrical contracting or oilfield sales, a proven closing track, deep local market

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development in electrical contracting, oilfield services, or industrial construction.
• Proven track record of closing commercial or industrial service contracts with clear wins and revenue attribution.
• Deep familiarity with the Permian Basin and related markets, including operators and purchasing processes.
• Comfort working independently in a growth-stage environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication at operator and executive levels.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and industrial power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in a CRM with accurate stage tracking and forecasting.
• Set and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets and develop referral networks.
• Develop relationships with oil and gas operators across production facilities, stations, and midstream infrastructure.
• Pursue renewables and battery storage developers for subcontract work and target industrial, petrochemical, and datacenter clients.
• Submit AVL applications and manage vendor credentialing with major operators.
• Coordinate with field operations on PEC/ISNetworld and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare and submit RFQs and bid packages and follow through to contract execution.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for clients during project lifecycle.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and market intelligence to leadership.
• Represent Satokie Electric at trade shows and industry events.
