Job summary

P2S|CMTA in Long Beach, CA is seeking a mid-level Electrical Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our award-winning team. You will contribute to pre-design and design phases on small to medium-sized projects, including healthcare facilities and commercial buildings.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote) with a competitive salary range and potential for an annual performance bonus. Office locations include Long Beach and Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer license required.
• 5-10 years’ experience in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects.
• Experience with NEC standards and design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for small to medium projects, ensuring code compliance and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide design teams.
• Prepare and review electrical calculations and schematics.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across disciplines.
• Support proposals and project documentation and deliverables.
