P2S|CMTA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead healthcare facilities projects from concept through construction. You will design electrical systems, perform complex calculations, prepare estimates, and manage budgets while mentoring junior engineers.

This role emphasizes collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams in a healthcare setting. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and a salary range of $150,000–$190,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• LEED accreditation is a plus; PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all phases of healthcare project engineering from proposal development through construction completion.
• Apply advanced design principles, perform complex calculations, and prepare estimates and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development.
