Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking an Informatics Analyst to provide regular onsite/in-person support to Mercy Clinics Southeast in Cape Girardeau and Mercy Clinics Stoddard in Dexter. The role focuses on EHR program delivery, evaluating new technologies, and streamlining clinical documentation.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in healthcare, 2 years of relevant experience, and experience with Epic EHR. Travel to nearby clinics is required; remote time is possible.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in healthcare field or equivalent with EHR exposure.
• Experience: 2 years in technical or business roles.
• Preferred Epic EHR experience and data analytics familiarity.
• Teamwork in a collaborative environment and knowledge of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide institutional expertise in clinical care delivery related to the EHR program.
• Evaluate and promote technologies to streamline clinical documentation and assessment.
• Assist in development and advanced implementation of automated clinical processes.
• Offer end user support for all EHR users, onsite and remotely as needed.
