Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Senior Informatics Analyst to support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) program at Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Mercy Hospital Jefferson locations. The role focuses on clinical care expertise, evaluating new technologies, and streamlining documentation and assessment processes.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree in healthcare, and preferred in-patient Epic experience to support end users across sites.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Associate's degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.
• In-patient Epic experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the EHR program.
• Evaluate and promote new technologies to streamline clinical documentation and assessment processes.
• Participate in the development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes.
• Provide at the elbow and other end user support for all end users of the EHR.
