Job summary

Mercy seeks an Informatics Analyst to provide clinical care expertise related to the EHR Program. The role will split time between onsite Mercy Clinics Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and Mercy Clinics Stoddard (Dexter), with occasional travel.

The analyst will support end users and participate in the development and implementation of automated clinical processes. Responsibilities include evaluating new technologies to streamline documentation, promoting improvements, and offering end-user training

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare field or equivalent with EHR experience.
• Two years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Preferred Epic EHR experience.
• Experience with data analytics and data management for systems evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user EHR support.
• Evaluate and promote new technologies to streamline documentation.
• Support automated clinical processes development and implementation.
• Assist in training and troubleshooting for EHR users.
