Southeast Hospital is seeking an Informatics Analyst to provide regular onsite/in-person support for the EHR program across Mercy Clinics in Cape Girardeau and Dexter, MO. The role prioritizes clinical documentation optimization and end-user assistance with the EHR system.

Qualifications include an associate degree in a healthcare field and at least two years of relevant experience; Epic EHR familiarity and data analytics are preferred. Travel to local Mercy clinics is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in healthcare field or equivalent with EHR exposure.
• Two years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Preferred: Epic EHR experience and data analytics/data management experience.
• Experience with medical policy documentation and cross‑functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides institutional expertise in delivering clinical care related to the EHR program.
• Evaluates and promotes new technologies to streamline documentation and assessments.
• Participates in automated clinical process development and advanced implementation support.
• Provides end user support for all EHR users onsite and remotely as needed.
