Job summary

NYPCC is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst, EHR & Enterprise Platforms to lead hands-on configuration and optimization of our cloud EHR and related platforms. You will collaborate with clinical, billing, quality/compliance, HR, and operations to translate needs into effective system configurations and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross‑functional partnership, and ongoing platform enhancement, including Salesforce and LMS administration as capacity allows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration of declarative, low-code SaaS platforms in production.
• Proven business analysis skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to own platform ownership and roadmap over time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house SME for the new cloud EHR (Arize) configuration and administration.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into clear requirements and configurations.
• Build and prioritize a transparent platform roadmap and backlog.
• Manage configuration changes with proper testing and documentation.
• Provide Tier-2 end-user support and develop dashboards for leadership.
