Job summary

You will collaborate across clinical, billing, HR, and operations to translate needs into actionable configurations and a clear product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own in-house EHR configuration and day-to-day administration.
• Shadow vendor build during migration and prepare to operate independently at go-live.
• Configure EHR workflows, forms, fields, and security roles with compliance in mind.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, HR, and operations on system improvements.
